    • Eat better, spend less and save time.
    • Balanced Gourmet Meals & Snacks with 400 - 650 Kcal and 28g - 36g of protein in each meal.
    • We only use high quality ingredients and hormone-free chicken, grass-fed beef and ASC Certified or wild seafood.
    • Your meals will be delivered twice a week - Monday and Thursday. Freshly made by our chef with a new menu for you every week.
    • We can customize your meals to certain extent and we will try to accommodate your meat and ingredient preferences. Please note that our kitchen is not allergen-free; we use diary, soy, seafood, shellfish, gluten, nuts, etc.,
  • However, you can start your plan any day. Order before 3PM, and start your plan next day (except Sunday); after that you will be joining the regular delivery schedule.
  • We use airtight packaging and special cooking methods to retain freshness, flavors, and nutrition until you eat.
  • Freeze your plan anytime by informing us 48 hours in advance.*
